The minimum order for purchases within Italy is 30€, not including
shipping. The minimum order for purchases with the European Community
is 100€, not including shipping. For other countries,
the order is subject to acceptance by the supplier.
For large quantities, special conditions apply for companies
and private individuals.
All the items shown in the photographs and produced in this
workshop are made by hand and are single issues.
It is possible, therefore, that there might be a slight difference
between the sample and the article delivered.
Any difference found is an indication of the great value of these
objects, each of which is totally unique.

Conditions for Italy
Dispatch is by courier; delivery time for the islands 3 days and mainland 2 days.
Conditions for the European Community
Dispatch is by courier; delivery time 3 days maximum.
Conditions for non European Community countries
Dispatch by courier; delivery time 7 days maximum.
Payment is accepted only by VISA or MASTERCARD credit cards.
Payment is made using the Banca Sella secure server, with 128 bit encryption.
The right to cancel is governed by a Legislative Decree of 22/05/99.
The decree grants the purchaser the right to cancel the purchase within ten working days
of receipt of the goods, sending notification by registered letter to ECOPIETRA s.r.l. -

Only the end-consumer who has made the purchase for reasons not
intrinsic to their economic and business activity has the right to
cancel.
Cancellation can be notified within the same deadline by telegram or fax to
the number +39 (0) 439317392 provided that it is confirmed by registered letter
within the following 48 hours.
The right to cancel cannot be exercised for contracts relating to goods
made to measure or manifestly customized or which, by their very nature,
cannot be returned or may rapidly deteriorate or
be modified in some way.
Where the right to cancel is exercised the purchaser undertakes to return
the goods, in their entirety, unused and in their original packing,
at their own expense, within ten working days from the data on which the

Goods must be returned by registered delivery, free port.
Parcels sent cash on delivery or carriage unpaid will
not be accepted.

Any transmission or circulation of data is limited exclusively
to the supplier and third persons necessary to the fulfilment
of the contract and observance of statutory obligations.
The following data are not included in the consent:
- those to be used for compliance with statutory and contractual obligations;
- data relating to the client's connection sessions which are the object of anonymous processing at source or for security purposes.
In accordance with Article 13 of the Code, the client can, at any time and entirely free of charge,
consult, integrate, have modified or cancelled his or her data, or oppose said data being used,

The period for which personal data may be retained is established as 10 years,
at the expiry of which the data will be destroyed. In case of refusal to consent
to the processing of data, the contract cannot be entered into.
The client's constitutional rights are those laid down in Article 13 of
the Personal Data Protection Code 675/1996.
